Drums of the Pacific at the Hyatt Regency Maui is one of Kaanapali's premier luau experiences. Set on the stunning grounds of the Hyatt overlooking the Pacific, this luau brings together the cultures of Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa and New Zealand in one spectacular evening. The beating of drums sets the tone from the moment you arrive, building through an evening of Polynesian dance and song before the fire knife dancer closes out the night.
Like all great Hawaiian luaus, the evening takes you through the early history of Hawaii through storytelling, singing, dancing and chanting — giving visitors a deeper understanding of the history and cultural values that make Hawaii what it is today. Fire dancing is traditionally saved for last, closing out the night in spectacular fashion.

Absolutely incredible. The water clarity at Molokini was unlike anything I've ever seen — you could see the bottom 150 feet down. We spotted three sea turtles at Turtle Town and caught a humpback breach on the way back. Worth every penny.
